The Imperial Imperial Hotel is located right in the heart of Copenhagen. Built in the 50's and now renovated to a standard that remains faithful to Danish style and furniture design. The Imperial Hotel has a gourmet restaurant, a brasserie and bar Imperial. The 240 rooms are furnished to the highest standards of Scandinavian style.

Food & beverage

The renovated gourmet restaurant, Imperial Grill Room focuses on the highest quality prime cuts of the meat and fish. All meat is cured on site and we purchase from only the best suppliers in the country. Brasserie Imperial is an informal meeting place for both lunch and dinner and serves genuine Danish and international Brasserie menus of the highest quality at reasonable prices. The restaurants can also cater for banquets, receptions and parties either in the restaurants or in private banquet rooms. During winter, our house pianist entertains guests in the Imperial Grill Room from Thursday to Saturday.
