Please note until May 2008 the Knabrock will be closed between the hours of 15:00 and 18:30 and also on Sunday evening and all day on Monday.

The interior design encapsulates our desire to have natural things around us. This is reflected in the restaurant and rooms where using natural materials such as wood, leather, damask wall coverings, slate and tumbled marble have been used. It is this individuality that sets Knabrock apart with its own statement of style.
Food & beverage
Knabrock has a contemporary restaurant, which is located on the ground floor and serves British cuisine. Knabrock specialises in seafood, with an emphasis on fresh Welsh produce. Our award winning head chef Frederick Pallade is famous throughout South Wales for his passion and innovation in cuisine.
Our restaurant extends out onto our outdoor decked terrace, which overlooks Mumbles Bay. Should you wish to take breakfast outside on the terrace, please inform our staff of your desired table, weather permitting.
Area information
Knabrock restaurant with rooms derives its name from the Knabrock Pier, situated opposite the restaurant. Knabrock was once a busy, bustling fishing pier, with a long-lived reputation as a premier source of the most romantic of seafood: the humble oyster.

Restaurant reservations for 10 or more people must be made at least 24 hours prior to booking.
