A family-run The Langdales Hotel with indoor swimming pool, steam room and spa bath, situated just a minute’s stroll from the seafront, town and local amenities. All bedrooms are en suite and include colour TVs, tea making facilities, hairdryers and other facilities. Public facilities include a licensed bar and dining room, conservatory lounges, a TV lounge, a ballroom and a snooker room. The indoor swimming pool, steam room and spa bath, as well as a full gym are complimentary for all residents.

Rumsinformation

All 54 bedrooms are attractively decorated and furnished with en suite facilities. Front facing rooms offer more space and a lovely view of Ashton Gardens.

We are located in the heart of St. Annes, occupying a marvellous position overlooking the lovely Ashton Gardens, only a short stroll from local amenities including the shopping centre, cafes, bars, the beach and pier. It is a 5 minute drive to Lytham and Blackpool.

By Car
From the M55:
- Drive to the end of the M55, then follow signs for Squires Gate and Blackpool Airport (A5230).
- Pass the airport and continue to the very end of Squires Gate Lane.
- At the traffic lights at the bottom of the railway bridge, turn left towards St.Annes.
- Pass through one set of traffic lights and you'll find the on your right, about half a mile down.

From Preston:
- Take the A584 to Lytham St.Annes and continue to St.Annes.
- Turn right at the pier and then left on to Clifton Drive North.

By Train:
Leave the train at St.Annes on Sea (not Lytham). Turn right out of the train station and then take the first road on the left (St.Georges Road). Follow to the end and turn right - the is across the road, approximately a 5 minute walk.
